Percy is a 8 year old B/W male. He is the current B.C.S.C.T pointscore champion having won this for the past 5 years. This is a club record. Percy is a multiple Best In Group & In Show Winner. He has a superb nature, & is a pleasure to own.
Percy has been used at stud, passing on his lovely nature & breed type to his children. Percy also won Runner Up In Group at the 1997 Royal Hobart Show. Percy has just completed his Grand Championship. He is the first Border Collie in Tasmania to attain this award.He will be retired from the ring this year.

Angel has started her show career off well.At her first show in the adult classes she was rewarded with Reserve Challange & Runner up In Show 1998 Border Collie Club Of Tasmania Championship Show. She was only 6 months & 2 weeks of age. Angels wins include Challenge Bitch at Hobart Royal 1999.

Buddy is the newest edition at Fetchemin. He has just turned 6 months old & will be entering the show ring in June 2000. We hope he follows in his parents footsteps.

Sammy is now 5 years old & has had a successful show career. But it is as a stud dog where he has excelled. He has to date sire 4 Australian Champions & 2 American Champions to date with another 2 closing in on there titles fast. His show career highlights include winning the 1996 pointscore Puppy Of The Year. He also was awarded Runner Up Best Of Breed at the Royal Hobart Show 1996, & 1997. He gained his title wining Best In Show at the Working Dog Club Of Tasmania. He is a multi Best In Group winner. Sammy is available at stud to approved bitches only.

Star arrived at Fetchemin in September 1999. We are very proud to have Star at our kennels & thank John & Lorraine Ritchie very much for this opportunity. Star has just attained her Australian Title making her the first Border Collie Bitch Imported from the Uk to gain an Australian Championship. Her wins include Challenge Bitch Launceston Royal 1999 & Best in Show BCC Tasmania Championship Show April 2000.

Travis has now achieved his Championship Title.He has just turned 2 years old & has enjoyed much success in recent weeks.
He was the Dog Challange Winner at the BCC Of Tasmania Championship Show 2000 & followed this up winning Intermediate In Show at BCC Of NSW Championship Show 2000.
He has won many In Group & In Show Awards & his future looks promising.

Maggie is now a 5 year old & has just been exported to America. We wish her new owner Barbara Palmer of Texas much sucess with Maggie. Maggie was exported in whelp to Sammy ( Moystonhill Midnite Soul )& has produced 7 new puppies.
Maggie won the B.C.S.C T Puppy of the year competition in 1993.

Ernie was exported to America in 1999 to Barbara Palmer of Bluechip Kennels were he quickly gained his American Title. He is the 2nd of Ch Fetchemin Sabrina children to achieve this. We wish him well on his new adventure.

Keita has had a promising show career. She won the B.C.C. of Tasmania Puppy Of The Year competition & has won many In Group awards. From Keitas first litter her daughter, Ch Cheney Jr Fatl Atraction, has had a promising show career to date.She was awarded Reserve Challange at BCC Of Victoria Championship Show in 1998 & also won intermediate in Show at both Hobart Royal Show & WDC of Victoria in the same year.

Alice has started her show career off well. She won her class first time in the ring & has never looked back. Her career wins to date include Best Intermediate In Show Hobart Royal Show 1998 & Reserve Challange at B.C.C. Of Victoria 1998, including Best Intermediate In Show, Bitch Challenge & Intermediate In Show Working Dog Club Victoria 1998. Alice has taken time out since then to raise a litter of pups which are soon to hit the show ring.

ABOUT OUR KENNELS
Fetchemin Border Collies was established in 1985 and have been actively been involved ever since. Along the way we have had 14 Australian Champions & also bred a further three & also 2 American Champions. We are breeding around three litters a year & currently exhibiting four dogs in the competetive Tasmanian show scene.

Our dogs have dominated the Border Collie Club Of Tasmania point score competition in recent years. This competition runs for twelve months & points are gathered in all championship shows held in the state. Last year our dog Ch. Jesticma Incorruptible was the clubs pointscore winner, this is the 5th time he has one this award, which is a club record.

Other dogs of ours to do well have been Ch. Tullagale Toby The Tram who won the pointscore competition in 1992 & 1993. Toby has since been retired from the show ring.

Ch. Fetchemin Sabrina also won the BCSCT bitch pointscore in 1993 & Ch Bringembak Hot To Trot also won the BCSCT bitch pointscore in 1995, & 1996. Australian & American Ch Fetchemin Timely Magic won the BCSCT Puppy of the year in 1993 & Iloyske Travelin Man in 1994 .

Our dogs have also been consistently placed in the top three over a number of years & with a group of promising puppys & selective breeding program in place the future looks bright.
We have just recently imported Uk. Sh. Ch. Dykebar Search For A Star from the UK & she has started her show career off well winning Best In Show at The BCC Of Tasmania Championship show 2000.
Quality puppys are sometimes available & our dogs are offerred to approved bitches at stud. We are also willing to export our stock to suitable homes .
