Manufacturer: Cadbury (confectionery) / Kidcorp (Toy figure) Release Date: Notes: This was the third series of Cadbury Yowies released. They were sold in Australia and New Zealand, and later in Japan. The series consisted of 50 wildlife figures and six limited-edition Grumkin figures. Series 3 saw the release of the first "Mega Yowie", which was an extra-large Yowie with a Boof foil wrapping. Inside the Mega Yowie were three Series 3 Yowies and one limited-edition Grumkin, as well as one of the standard off-the-shelf Yowes. These extra figures were not put inside capsules in the same way as for normal Yowies, but were instead enclosed in sealed plastic bags. |
