There is the baptism of a Thomas BURBERY in 1653 at Saint Botolph Without Aldersgate to a Nicholas and Mary BURBERY. No corresponding marriage can be found in the IGI, though. If this is the same Nicholas, and he went from Northamptonshire to London in the mid 1600s, then it has interesting implications for a possible relationship between the BURBURY/BURBERY families in the Midlands (Warwickshire) and the BOURBERY/BURBERRY families in the southern countines (London, Surrey and Sussex). S56  S299
