There appears to have been another child of Thomas and Jane who died young. According to a transcription from a stone in the Sant Emanuel cemetery in Sidlow, Surrey, the child was Leonard or Herbert, born Nov? 1877?, died Oct? 187?. The inscription is very faint and almost unreadable. S614 
Thomas died intestate. Text of the Letters of Administration granted is as follows: "Admin. Death on or after 1st January 1898 Be it known that Thomas Burberry of 16 Pilkington Road Peckham in the County of Surrey died on the 11th day of May 1906 at 16 Pilkington Road aforesaid intestate a widower.
And be it further known that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of all the Estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said intestate were granted by His Majesty's High Court of Justice at the Principal Probate Registry thereof to Thomas William Burberry of 31 Brayards Road, Peckham aforesaid, Coachbuilder and Sidney James Burberry of Doversgreen Reigate in the said county Wheelwright the natural and lawful sons and two of the next of kin. Dated this 27th day of June 1906_Gross value of Estate ¹353:15:8"  S701
