Abstract of will of Elizabeth Burberry of the parish of Newdigate in Surrey, Widow
Her body to be buried as near as can be to the remains of her dear husband in the churchyard of Newdigate.
Bequeaths to her sons Thomas, William and Richard ten pounds;
To her daughter Elizabeth wife of James Briggs ten pounds;
To her daughter Mary wife of John Andrew forty pounds for her use only;
To her daughter Jane wife of Joseph Humphrey ten pounds;
To her niece Sarah daughter of John Burberry ten pounds;
Her remaining apparel to be divided evenly among her daughters Sarah, Elizabeth, Jane and Mary;
The remainder of the money due to her by a certain bond from her sons Stephen and David to be equally divided among the said Stephen and David, share and share alike.
Appoints sons Stephen and David joint executors and residual legatees.
