The house and garden are classified by the National Trust and listed on the register of the National Estate, and are of particular interest for those interested in historic homes.

Today, Anabel's of Scottsdale features a restaurant, a reception centre and motel-style accommodation.

The beaches of Bridport are also only fifteen minutes drive from Scottsdale. Close by, the shopping district and recreational facilities of Scottsdale are all withing two minutes walk.
